Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. You may also change text & give us your required measurements. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most credit and debit cards. Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro using the secure Paypal system, you do not require a Paypal account to pay by Paypal.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Shipping is by next day courier. This does not mean that the product is shipped same day. Certain items that require customisation may take up to 4 days to complete.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Delivery
Yoru item is normally sent out within 2-4 working days of order, and the item can take up to 3 days for delivery, if you require your product urgently please contact us to make us aware, as we may be a able to send the item sooner, and offer a faster delivery service (at an extra charge)

Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the product within 7 days, just return the product to us and we will amend the artwork accordingly. You will be liable for delivery.
If the item appears damaged DO NOT SIGN for the delivery as once signed for you are accepting the board in its current state.
We cannot guarantee that the board will be 100% as per image shown but we will be as close as possible, by paying for the item and selecting a specific style and also giving us details of your wording requirements, you are agreeing the board will be acceptable, unless damaged in the post, but you must NOT sign for the item if that is the case.
If you have signed for the item and it appears damaged you can return the item but there is a 20% fee and you will also be liable for delivery both ways.
We will work closely with you to make sure all aspects of the brochure
is to your liking. On hand will be advice on how best to present your business to convey the right message.
Liability
Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you in
respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods. We
can accept no responsibility for loss or damage arising from the supply of
goods under this contract.
Cancellation charges
A charge will be made on all cancelled orders, together with the charge for all work carried out up to the date of written cancellation.
Artwork & design
Copyright is retained by ARTvertise on all design work including words,
pictures, ideas, visuals and illustrations unless specifically released in
writing and after all costs have been settled. If a choice of design is
presented, only one solution is deemed to be given by ARTvertise as
fulfilling the contract. All other designs remain the property of ARTvertise
unless agreed in writing that this arrangement has been changed.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the
rights of a consumer.
